As Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Advertising all vacant properties online.
- Co-ordinate open times & liaison with tenants
- Prepare leases & carry out lease sign ups.
- Follow up all phone & email inquiries from prospective tenants.
- Process rental applications & references.
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience.
- Experience with Property Me, Inspection Express and IRE is advantageous.
About you:
It is essential that you possess.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong client service skills.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- A Certificate of Registration and up to date CPD points
- 12 months experience
- Have a reliable vehicle and driver’s licence.
