This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Executive to step into the growing Build-to-Rent sector, based onsite at a brand-new residential building in Zetland! The role is perfectly suited to someone who enjoys leasing but wants a more efficient, structured & people-focused environment.
You’ll be responsible for conducting onsite inspections, processing tenancy applications & supporting lease sign-ups - all from one location. No travelling between open homes, no wasted time! You’ll work closely with the onsite team to ensure prospective residents receive a seamless, welcoming experience while contributing to the overall success of the building.
Who we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Certificate of Registration required
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Organised, efficient & professional in approach
• Interest in Build-to-Rent & community-focused living
