"Join a dynamic and growing Property and Conveyancing firm located in the bustling Norwest Business Park! Our client is closely affiliated with top Property Groups in Sydney, Melbourne, and Western Australia and is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their team.
As part of a team of 3, you'll work on approximately 20-30 property transactions per month, with the potential for even more as the firm continues to grow. Your duties will include preparing and drafting documents, processing contracts, liaising with clients, and finalising settlements. You'll have the confidence to run end-to-end conveyancing and property files.
The ideal candidate will have essential skills such as proficiency in PEXA, LEAP, and Title searching, the ability to manage conveyancing finances, work autonomously and as part of a team, and handle pressure. At least 3-5 years of previous experience is required.
