The Role:
- Maintain, review and update marketing systems and processes across all elements of print & digital media
- Regular analysis of market to stay aware of new trends, improved processes, and tools
- Oversee the building and approving of artwork and marketing schedules
- Coordinate Media Bookings and Liaison and Order Management in collaboration
- Assist with the production and execution of all internal and external marketing resources and initiatives, including but not limited to - Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Apply digital marketing strategies with a focus on customer engagement
- Ensuring presentation and formatting of marketing material are professional, consistent
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners will be key
Skills & Experience:
- Marketing experience required
- The opportunity to build this role and develop your career
- Excellent communication & administration skills
- Works well under pressure adhering to strict deadlines
- Provides a high level of customer service to the team
- Exceptional computer, time management & attention to detail skills
- Industry experience preferred but not essential
