Our client is one of the largest and most successful franchise offices in the country yet they pride themselves on the close-knit culture where we treat their staff are treated like family. This is an office that have mind blowing team events in private dining rooms, on super yachts and where their Melbourne Cup and Christmas events are phenomenal. This office believes in working hard for their clients but they celebrate incredible successes with the team who makes it possible. Due to an internal move we are now searching for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to come into the fold and take over this busy role supporting the marketing functions of 5 busy agents!

The role:
  • Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars
  • Coordinating compliance and booking marketing as directed by the agents
  • Preparing marketing materials, approving material by print deadlines and with no errors, once approved by the Agent/Vendor
  • Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
  • Sending listings live online, adjusting price guides or details as needed
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc marketing needed
The successful Candidate:
  • Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software, tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of work
  • A responsible, mature, and professional approach
  • Enjoys daily interaction with the sales team and team in general
