This high-performing and fast-growing property development company on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate, proactive & experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their vibrant, close-knit team.

With a strong land bank and a pipeline of 4–6 active projects this year alone, the business is on track for 150–200 sales and is poised for continued growth. Working directly alongside their long standing Marketing Manager, the successful candidate for this Marketing Coorindator role will bring fresh ideas, creative energy, and strong attention to detail to a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver and roll out campaigns
  • Manage social media content and engagement across company and project channels
  • Coordinate video testimonials and manage content for display suites
  • Write blogs, development updates, and market-related content
  • Maintain and update property listings across all online portals
  • Create and distribute CRM mailers and buyer communications via Salesforce
  • Oversee the presentation of display suites and marketing collateral
  • Assist with PR writing and media submissions
  • Support and attend launch events and promotional activations
  • Provide backup support to the Sales Team as required
  • Monitor stock levels, price list updates, and campaign reporting
Skills and experience required:
  • You must come from a Real Estate or Property Marketing background
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator highly regarded
  • Excellent writing skills across blogs, social media, and PR content
  • Strong organisational abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • A genuine interest in lifestyle, property, and fast-moving business environments
