This role is reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and will see you doing so much more than your average Marketing Coordinator position! You will be actively involved in the strategic branding of the company and encouraged to share your ideas and vision for future of the business.
The Position
- Upload and manage all online listings, ensuring all listings are up to date, accurate, regularly refreshed and dominant above competitors
- Prepare sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, briefing graphic designer, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to sales team
- Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including scheduling on site shoots, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms
- Coordinate marketing suppliers, including media agencies, creative agencies, printers, furniture supplies, stylists, photographers and more
- Ensure display suites and apartments are fully stocked
- Update and maintain company websites so that information is always up to date and relevant
- Manage company social media accounts
- Coordinating events
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in a similar role in the residential real estate/property industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and multi-task across various projects
- An exceptionally high eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- A genuine passion to pursue a career in project marketing
- Previous experience in residential project marketing is advantageous
- Full time permanent employment opportunity with HUGE potential for growth
