The Role
Working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager you will:
- Plan and coordinate, along with external partners, to execute successful marketing strategies and activities
- Support the development of promotional campaigns
- Data management and analysis
- Organic social media preparation and execution, including some content preparation
- Media buying
- Maintaining and meeting budget requirements
- Provide support to the sales team in order to deliver a holistic marketing strategy
- Planning and managing photoshoots
- Monitor and analyse marketing data and results
- Support and create strategies to develop brand awareness
Your Background
- Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role - construction &/or property marketing experience would be considered highly advantageous
- A well developed understanding of the creative, digital, social, print and media platforms
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Be able to think different and challenge the status quo to offer creative solutions to deliver excellent results
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment while meeting deadlines
- Capability to work both autonomously and as a team
