The role:

- Ensuring that all new franchisees are onboarded fully and correctly
- Ongoing business support to existing franchisees with growth and development
- Regular business review meetings with current franchise owners
- Assist with recruitment and business growth for individual offices
- Working with the board on revenue growth stream models
- Come from a Real Estate background with passion for the industry
- Be forward thinking, high energy and target focused
- Have experience in business growth and development
- Possess a business owners mindset
- Be innovate and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Have a curious nature always on the lookout at innovation
- Hold their current Real Estate License
