Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, systems, software management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day administrative and office functions
- Schedule and manage monthly staff meetings and internal training
- Administer and maintain all WH&S and project documentation
- Process invoices, accounts payable/receivable with the accounts team
- Oversee timesheets, payroll submissions, and HR records
- Ensure company licenses, insurances, and certifications are current
- Onboard new employees and support HR functions
- Schedule training, certification renewals, and safety meetings
- Coordinate defects management and liaise with Strata & Facilities Managers
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms
About you:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management, prior experience in the construction industry preferred
- Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and general IT systems
- Familiarity with construction software platforms such as: Cheops, Commnia, Buildsoft, Cubit, and BlueBeam
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently
