As the backbone to this highly successful agent on Sydney’s affluent Lower North Shore, this Office Manager/ Personal Assistant role is pivotal to the success of this agent and their team! Not only will you act as the Personal Assistant to a leading agent you will be pivotal to the success of this agent and their team! 

You will be an absolute expert in driving team outcomes, managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, handling competing priorities and expectations and most importantly having fun while you do it!  

A confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, your ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and making judgement decisions on behalf of the team will be the forefront to your success in this role.

The role:
  • Work side by side with this high performing Director so they can focus purely on listing and selling
  • Oversee team performance and drive accountability and focus 
  • Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns with the admin and marketing team
  • Appraisal and listing presentation preparation
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations 
  • Coordination of internal and external reporting including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports
  • Photoshoot, stylist, minor renovation and open home coordination 
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc 
  • Event management including community and sponsorship initiatives 
  • Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns

The candidate: 
  • Outgoing, incredibly efficient with ability to drive outcomes 
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable making judgment decisions with great initiative 
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills 
  • Is an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly
  • Holds strong initiative and is confident making judgement decisions on the spot
  • Social media and tech savvy
  • Has exceptional relationship building abilities, be resourceful and flexible
  • Your ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently is second to none
  • Will hold a minimum of 2-3 years relevant industry experience 
  • Has a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
