As the Property Management Operations Coordinator, you’ll work side-by-side with the Director of Property Management to drive operational excellence, elevate systems, ensure compliance, and support team training across the group’s offices across the Lower North Shore.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing compliance across all property management functions
- Coordinating team onboarding and internal process training
- Implementing systems, procedures and driving improvements
- Supporting the Director of PM with day-to-day team ops and projects
- Floating between offices to support where needed and maintain cohesion
- Stepping into PM duties occasionally to assist during peak periods or leave coverage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of compliance, legislation and PM best practices
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working across multiple offices and teams
- A passion for improving systems, solving problems and making things run smoothly
- A collaborative mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- No portfolio to manage – stay in the PM game without the stress
- Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends
- Work closely with a respected leader who values initiative and ideas
- Float between premium Lower North Shore locations
