Step into an Operations Manager role with one of the Central Coast’s most respected real estate groups and help shape the success of a top-performing team. This is a 12 month (or more) maternity leave cover contract. 
Based in beautiful waterside offices, this is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to work alongside a high-energy team. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly. Led by a hands-on business owner who genuinely values their people, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth running and efficient management of front offices
  • Supervise & offer ongoing support, guidance to Administrator/Receptionist, marketing and sales support duties
  • To conduct and ensure compliance for HR, payroll, sales settlements, trust accounts and general accounting
  • To provide support to the Licensee & Principal as required
About you:
  • Proven experience in an operations, office management or senior administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong systems knowledge: AgentBox, Realtair, Inspect Real Estate
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re approachable, professional, and solution-focused.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • A current Class 2 Real Estate License
