Part Time Marketing Coordinator

Our client is the sleekest and most sophisticated residential development group in Sydney. In this role you will be required to provide high quality marketing support for a Real Estate Agency that predominatley focuses on leasing with a small portion of sales. The role:

• Support the company Director in establishing campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables across a number of projects and brands.
• Develop and coordinate media across print, digital, social and signage
• Management and implementation of media bookings
• Monitor advertising budgets 
• Digital ad management across online channels including but not limited to realestate.com.au and Domain
• Manage updates to the corporate website
• Develop content and manage all social media platforms
• Develop content for email communication
• Assist with reporting and analysis
• Assist with research analysis and planning
• Some small scale event planning and management

Skills required:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience in the residential property sector is preferable
• Strong admin and organisational abilities
• Able to multitask and take direction from competing sources
• Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
• Ability to liaise with a number of different agencies and consultants 
• Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpres and Inspect Real Estate is desirable
• Knowledge of realestate.com.au and Domain is ideal but not mandatory
