The Executive Assistant position is critical to the success of this agent and their team of five. You will be confident in driving team outcomes, managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, handling competing priorities and expectations and most importantly having fun while you do it!

  • Monday – Friday role only! (Some Saturday work may be occasionally required) 
The Role:
  • Total support and organisation of lead agent
  • Oversee team performance and drive accountability
  • Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns
  • Photoshoot, stylist, minor renovation and open home coordination
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Social media, agent marketing and e-campaign management
  • Event management including community and sponsorship initiatives
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
  • Reporting and Database Management
  • Coordinate any technology and IT requirements
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Real Estate
  • Highly efficient with ability to drive outcomes
  • Confident decision maker with a proactive mindset
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • Calm under pressure with proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is highly desireable
