This fast paced and hugely productive team is looking for a Personal Assistant to work side by side this Senior Development Director and his development team around him. This is a team that is fun to be around; they get results and they celebrate their wins! Located within a stones throw of a major transport hub in the Inner City this is a brilliant place to get your teeth into a role that can offer you plenty of progression within the development space in the years to come.

The role:
Working side by side the Development Director & Design team you will be carrying out the following tasks:
- Meet and greet clients for DM teams
- Diary management for Head of DM team
- Liaise with internal and external consultants
- Arrange Project Control group meetings
- Preparing boardroom for meetings /presentation on screen /setting up ZOOM meetings .
- Set up the meeting room with presentations, documents etc for the meeting
- Chasing consultants for reports
- Following up Council /Authorities .
- General filing
- General office administration duties
- Invoicing and chase up invoices.
- Check in with design manager on what needs to be chased from consultants or councils
- Real Estate, Construction or Development background
- At least 2-3 years sound administration skills
- Sound working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Xdrive and Excel
- Great initiative and proactive approach to work
- Bucket loads of commonsense
- Ability to work to time lines autonomously
