With a high energy team that runs on autopilot we are looking for a fast paced, forward thinking Executive Assistant to run beside this Principal.
Working one on one with one of the industry’s leading coaches (who you will have access to) this Principal/Selling Agent is only just getting their strides and the long-term opportunities are endless. The new Executive Assistant in this role is pivotal to their continued success so you will be self-motivated, structured, and able to handle competing priorities. Essential though is being able to smile and laugh along the way!

The new Executive Assistant in this role is pivotal to their continued success so you will be self-motivated, structured, and able to handle competing priorities. The Role:
- Full administration and diary management to Principal
- Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns
- Photoshoot, stylist, minor renovation, and open home coordination
- Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
- Social media, agent marketing and e-campaign management
- Event management including community and sponsorship initiatives
- Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
- Reporting and Database Management
- Coordinate any technology and IT requirements
- Business and personal administration and errands
- Outgoing, incredibly efficient with ability to drive outcomes
- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making judgment decisions with great initiative
- Elevated level of verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
- Calm under pressure, exceptional planning & killer attention to detail
- Ideally Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Agent Box, Campaign Track, HomePass, Realtime Agent highly regarded
- Salary package to $95,000
- Great flexibility with some WFH options
