This quietly confident boutique agency on the prestige Lower North Shore are seeking a Part Time Property Management Administrator to join their close-knit high-performing team. The role:

You will back up a busy Property Manager in a PA style role:

• Typing up rental leases
• Filing and archiving 
• Put together tenancy packs
• Assist in implementing new technology
• Scan and email notices from councils
• Forward on fire inspection notices
• Upload Open for Inspection times
• Upload properties to the internet
• Process inspection reports

You:

• Must have at least 1-2 years admin experience
• Are able to work at a fast pace and think ahead
• Are tech savvy and able to problem solve
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST be available to work on a Monday
• Have experience in Real Estate or a strong interest in the industry
• A Certificate of Registration is not essential but preferred
