About the Company:

A specialist Portfolio Strategy team working with national commercial portfolios and senior-level clients. They’re professional, stable and focused on developing the right person long-term — someone they can trust, mentor and grow into a Commercial Portfolio Manager.

The Role:

Supporting the Portfolio Manager, you’ll work across a mix of commercial portfolio administration, client coordination and portfolio support.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound calls/emails from clients, agents and landlords
• Monitoring and triaging maintenance requests
• Keeping CRM records updated — leases, transactions, reporting
• Uploading leases and extracting key data
• Supporting client meetings and completing follow-ups
• Monitoring market news and insights
• Assisting with lease abstracts, market research and reports
• Supporting compliance, documentation and general administration

This is a junior role with clear development into commercial asset and portfolio work.

What We’re Looking For

• Residential real estate experience (property management, leasing or sales)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication and good judgement
• Someone who wants to move out of residential and into Commercial
• Comfortable with systems, CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Professional, reliable and aligned with long-term career growth

A property certificate/licence or progress toward one is preferred.
