Project Manager

Our client is a leading developer with an exciting pipeline of residential projects across Sydney — and they’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end settlement process for new homes and apartments.

This is your chance to be part of a collaborative, professional team that puts quality, communication, and customer care at the forefront.

What you’ll be doing:

• Attending pre-settlement inspections and guiding buyers through the handover process
  
  
• Managing defect resolution and ensuring timely completion of outstanding items
  
  
• Communicating settlement procedures clearly to purchasers and stakeholders
  
  
• Working closely with legal, sales, and construction teams to mitigate settlement risks
  
  
• Delivering a seamless buyer experience from contract to keys
  
  
• Maintaining detailed documentation, schedules, and client records

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in residential real estate, property development, or settlements
  
  
• Is a clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with all the moving parts involved in settling bulk properties
  
  
• Thrives on detail and organisation, with strong follow-up and reporting skills
  
  
• Enjoys working as part of a team, but takes initiative and owns their responsibilities
  
  
• Can stay calm and positive under pressure — especially around deadlines
  
  
• Has their Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
