A long-standing and well-established construction group specialising in remedial works is seeking an experienced Assistant / Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting multiple live projects and reporting directly to the Director of the Remedial Division.

This is a hands-on role supporting multiple live projects and reporting directly to the Director of the Remedial Division.
The role:
- Support 3–6 concurrent remedial projects
- Project values from $250k to $8M
- Hybrid office & site-based role
- Office attendance required daily (no WFH)
- Office located in a prestigious development in the St George area
- Daily site travel across Sydney (own car required)
- Assist with end-to-end project delivery
- Attend tender meetings with senior leadership
- Liaise between site contractors and engineers
- Coordinate scaffolding and abseiling works
- Monthly project reporting
- Prepare safety documentation and quality measures
- Tagging, testing and compliance tasks
- Use Excel, HazardCo, Slack and the NSW Planning Portal
- Around 5 years’ construction experience (remedial preferred)
- Strong work ethic, common sense and reliability
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working closely with Directors
- Well organised and professional on-site
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle essential
The benefits:
- $110,000 – $120,000 + super
- $12,000 – $15,000 car allowance
