Are you ready to embark on your long term Real Estate career selling well priced, completed stock for a local developer who also has a large pipeline of stock over the next 5 years?
We are working with one of our long-standing clients who has seen a significant shift in the apartment sales space in the last 4 months and they are therefore looking to grow their already successful sales team. This locally owned Development Group has been servicing the Sydney market place for over 20 years, and with a solid reputation and a vast range of already completed stock as well as off the plan stock we are looking for an experienced Project Sales Agent who can come in and get to work selling straight away. This group offers great team camaraderie, ongoing training and development to further your skills as well as a great level of flexibility.
The role:
A pure Residential Project Sales role that will have you working from various sites throughout Sydney metro area selling residential projects. This role does require weekend work, but two days off in place of working weekends is on offer to ensure you some brilliant work life harmony.

Experience:
- Solid sales experience in real estate or other field
- Sound knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
- Confident on both phone sales and face to face sales
- Get a buzz from closing deals
