Project Sales Agent

Are you a Project Sales Agent who flourishes in a fast-paced setting with the opportunity to make a significant difference? We are seeking an experienced sales agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record selling off-the-plan properties. You will be responsible for showcasing a portfolio of well-built and well-priced stock to prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales to achieve targets.

You will have:

• Proven track record in sales. 
• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience selling off-plan projects. 
• Be a solid “closer” and confident of 4 - 6 sales per month
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Must have a certificate of registration; real estate licence preferred. 
• Hold a current drivers licence & own vehicle.

• Non dedit /credit base salary of $70,000
• 1% commissions - 50% on exchange/ 50% on settlement
