Project Sales Agent

This recognised, forward-thinking Property Developer is seeking a highly experienced Project Sales Consultant to join their team. With over 5,000 apartments in the pipeline across Sydney metro over the next five years, this is an incredible opportunity to work directly with one of the industry’s most respected names.

The successful candidate will be a top-performing, Mandarin-speaking project sales agent with a proven track record in off-the-plan residential property sales. Stock will be sold across key growth regions including Parramatta, Ryde, Rhodes, and Marsden Park.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with potential buyers via phone and email to nurture and convert leads
• Scheduling and conducting property viewings to showcase developments
• Managing strong database of buyers & managing incoming leads
• Work closely with the team & Director of Sales to drive sales performance

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluent in Mandarin & English – Essential to engage with key buyer demographics
• Proven project sales experience – Minimum 2+ years in off-the-plan property sales
• Confident in phone and face-to-face sales – Strong ability to convert leads
• Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Real Estate License (Class 1 or 2) is required
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends (with 2 days off midweek)
