Project Sales Agent

My client is a recognised Project Marketing Agency that has a huge pipeline of exclusive stock for sale now and much more in the pipeline within the parameters of the Sydney CBD. Working at the higher end of the market they work with developers who only produce high quality stick with superb finishes which makes moving this stock that much easier!

The role:

Reporting to the Project Sales Manager you will have access to some exciting new residential projects to sell off plan right across Sydney as well as lots of completed stock too You will be given some buyer leads to qualify and close as well as full access to an extensive buyer database and your own network and contacts to generate EOI’s and sales. This role does involve weekend work with time off in lieu and will see you involved with the following;

• Identify & secure EOI’s on each project
• Convert inquiry & leads into exchanges with minimal fall out
• Build strong relationships with buyers to secure sales & repeat business
• Involvement in pricing & developer meetings
• Database management & respond to buyer inquiry
• Attend project launches & selling from display suite
• Refer investor clients to the Property Management team

The ideal candidate:

• Will come from a project sales background
• Strong ability to work buyer inquiry and build relationships
• Solid conversion rate from enquiry to exchanged sale
• High energy levels with desires to smash targets
• Have a sound understanding of the Sydney marketplace
• Be able to work as part of a high functioning team
• Real Estate qualifications are essential
