Job description

This is a standout opportunity to join a reputable Tier 2 Property Developer with all projects currently under construction and a pipeline of over 2,000 apartments across Sydney Metro over the next five years. You’ll be stepping into a fast‑paced, high‑performing project sales environment with tangible product, strong buyer enquiry and a team structure designed to help you get deals over the line.

The Role:

Working closely with the Projects Team Leader and Director of Sales, you will be responsible for selling off‑the‑plan apartments across multiple residential developments — all actively under construction.

Your day‑to‑day will include:
  • Engaging qualified buyer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing and nurturing a warm, established database
  • Conducting apartment inspections and project presentations
  • Guiding buyers through the sales journey through to exchange
  • Working closely with sales admin and leadership to progress deals efficiently
This is a high‑energy, results‑driven role, backed by strong systems, training and hands‑on support to maximise conversions.

About You:

This role is suited to an experienced Project Sales Agent who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

You will bring:
  • Proven project off‑the‑plan sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills
  • Confidence in both phone‑based sales and face‑to‑face presentations
  • The ability to manage a pipeline and convert opportunities
  • A Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Drive, professionalism and a long‑term mindset
  • Ability to work Saturday & Sunday with 2 days off during the week
