Experienced in Project Sales and ready to sell a huge pipeline of stock for a recognised local developer? With over 5000 apartments to take to market over the next 5 years they currently have 1500 apartments completed and ready to sell now!
We are working with one of our long-standing clients who have a large volume of apartments to sell in Sydney’s Metro area. This locally owned Development Group has been servicing the Sydney marketplace for over 20 years. With a solid reputation and a vast range of already completed stock as well as off the plan, we are looking for an experienced Project Sales Agent who can come in and get to work selling straight away.
The role:
A pure Residential Project Sales role that will have you selling residential projects from various sites in the Sydney metro region including the Inner City and Hills districts This role does require weekend work, but two days off during the week are provided to ensure you get that perfect work life balance.

Experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years)
- Sound knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
- Confident on both phone sales and face to face sales
- Get a buzz from closing deals
- $70,000 + super + excellent comms
- Top agents exchanging 5-8 per month
- Very well priced, sellable stock
- An extensive pipeline of upcoming projects
- Leads are provided + a database to work through
- Proven Sales training is provided
- Full admin support offered
- A collaborative and highly skilled team
