My client, a prominent Property Development entity, is on the lookout for a seasoned professional to help navigate the Chinese market. In this Project Sales role, you will be reporting directly to the Projects Team Leader and the Director of Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential buyers through web enquiries, database phone calls and emails, setting up appointments to showcase these apartments. You will be working closely with Chinese buyers across various projects, leveraging your language skills and cultural understanding to ensure smooth transactions and foster lasting relationships.

Experience:
- Proven Real Estate sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Able to nurture leads & work through the database to generate sales
- Confident on both phone sales and face-to-face sales
- Class 1 or 2 Real Estate License essential
- $70,000 + super + up to $6000 per sale
- Top agents exchanging 3 -4 per month
- High-quality stock with great leads
- An extensive pipeline of upcoming projects
- Proven Sales training provided.
- Full sales admin support offered.
- A collaborative and highly skilled team
- Loads of on-the-job training
- Must be able to work SAturday & Sunday with 2 days off during the week
