“Kick start your 2022 by working with recognised local Property Development Group selling well priced and well-built stock within the Sydney metro area”
This Development Group is one of our longest standing clients that has been building in the Sydney Metro market for more than 30 years. With a steadfast reputation and a vast range of over 1500 already completed apartments as well as over 2000 off the plan stock in the pipeline we are looking for an experienced Project Sales Agent who can come in and get to work selling straight away. This group has an established marketing department so there are plenty of leads provided, as well as a current database of buyers to get you up and running quickly! This group offers wonderful team camaraderie, ongoing training, as well as mentoring and coaching to further your skills as well as offering a great level of flexibility.
The role:
A pure Residential Project Sales role that will have you working from various sites throughout Sydney metro area selling residential projects (7 sites currently on the go). This role does require Saturday and Sunday work, but two days off in place of working weekends is on offer to ensure you maintain brilliant work / life harmony.

The role:

Experience:
- Solid sales experience in real estate
- Sound knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
- Confident on both phone sales and face to face sales
- $70,000 (non-debit/ credit) + $6000 per sale
- OTE $350,000k+
- Top agents exchanging 5-8 per month
- Sell well priced, very saleable stock
- An extensive pipeline of upcoming projects
- Leads are given + a database to work through
- Proven Sales training is provided
- Full admin support offered
- A collaborative and highly skilled team
