Property Management Assistant

You’ll be working closely with two experienced Senior Property Managers, assisting across premium portfolios while gaining exposure to every part of the property management process!

Your days will be full of variety - supporting with inspections, onboarding new tenants, managing repairs & maintenance, assisting with lease renewals, handling tenancy correspondence & helping to keep the team running smoothly. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your tasks, work proactively & communicate confidently with clients, contractors & colleagues!

This role is perfect for someone with around 12 months’ experience in property management - whether that’s as a leasing consultant, property officer or assistant PM - who’s ready to grow their skills & be part of a genuinely supportive, fun & professional team.

Who we’re looking for:

• 12 months’ experience in property management, leasing or property administration
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail & a proactive approach
• Confident using PropertyMe, Flickitover & Inspection Express (training provided if needed)
• A polished professional who thrives in a busy, team-driven environment
