Our client has recently expanded into the Queensland market, operating from their stunning new offices in Miami. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team of four, overseeing a rent roll of over 300 properties collectively. The role:
Your personal portfolio will be 150 properties, managed using Property Me, Inspection Manager and IRE. You'll be responsible for all landlord communication, period inspections, rental arrears, repairs and maintenance and QCAT lodgement and attendance.
Working directly under the industry-leading department head, you'll also have support from an energetic Property Officer who knows their role inside and out and is eager to help. To be successful in this position, youll be expected to have:

- Great levels of communication skills (written ad verbal)
- High level of personal presentation (first impressions count)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Customer service focused, able to manage conflicting deadlines
- Hold QLD Certificate of Registration, have own reliable car
