Job description
We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team in Jannali.
The Role:
- Growth Portfolio of 60-70 properties, all based in the Shire
- Mon to Fri, no saturdays or leasing
- Attending new business appointments and photoshoots
- Routines, Outgoings, Maintenance, Compliance
- Supportive and friendly environment
To Be Successful:
- Minimum of 1 year in property management
- Certificate of Registration at a minimum
- Local knowledge, currently living or from the Shire or St George areas
- Proficiency in PropertyME, Inspect 360, and Outlook
- A proactive approach
- Fantastic communication skills
- A car and driver's license
