This welcoming group of 16 professionals will empower you to achieve the highest level of performance in your role, as you handle your own portfolio from start to finish. You'll be joining a reputable firm with a legacy spanning over 60 years, where they prioritise creating win-win relationships with both clients and staff! In this position, you'll be alongside 5 other Property Managers with the same size portfolios they manage, and they truly epitomise teamwork and are always ready to offer assistance when needed.

The Role:
A Property Manager with at least 2 years' experience will thrive in this role and you will quickly become a close knit member of this team. Although they work hard their are plenty of laughs, social activeities and time for fun - this is why their staff retention is so great!
You MUST have a valid Certificate of Registration, a clean driver's license and a reliable car.

- Portfolio of 200 properties all locally based
- Landlord/ Tenant Management
- Tribunal attendance
- Renewals, review and increases
- Insurance claims
- FULL accounts and administration support
- Property tree, inspection manger, ignite. Flit it over
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
