Are you a Property Manager with 12+ months of hands-on experience, ready to take the next step? We’re working with a well-respected agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches that’s seeking a confident, motivated individual ready to level up their real estate career. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with full support, structured training, and clear progression within a vibrant and driven team.

What’s on offer:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm (3pm Friday finish!)
• Two work from home days per month
• Portfolio of 160–170 properties, with full support 
• Salary $85-$90k for the right candidate 
• Fun team culture with a strong focus on internal growth
• Parking assistance may be available in time

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 12 months experience in Property Management essential
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Agent Box
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A desire to build a long-term career in real estate
