Join a thriving rent roll of 600 properties in the East, working in a dynamic team under a highly experienced Head of Department!
- Manage routines & outgoings (8 per week)
- Communicate with landlords & tenants
- Use modern systems: PropertyMe, Inspection Manager & 360 tours
- Monday to Friday only, with occasional Saturdays
- Parking available onsite for $50 per week

- Lives in the Eastern Suburbs
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
- Confident in residential property management with strong communication skills
