We’re seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager /Senior Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of 180-220 properties, providing full administrative, leasing, and field support. You’ll enjoy autonomy, structure, and strong systems — without the usual stress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clean, organised portfolio of 220 residential properties
- No leasing, no periodic inspections, and no accounts
- Use of Property Tree and Inspection Express systems
- Conduct ingoing & outgoing inspections using a 360° camera
- Supported by a dedicated Property Management administrator
- Receive daily mentoring from a respected Head of Property Management
- Enjoy precision onboarding to ensure success from day one
- Monday to Friday only – your weekends are yours
- On-site parking available
