You’ll work side-by-side with a highly experienced Senior Property Manager, managing a tidy portfolio of around 250 properties. You’ll handle all aspects of Property Management including:

• Leasing & processing tenancy applications
• Ingoings, outgoings, & periodic inspections
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance
• Building genuine, long-term relationships with tenants & landlords

You’ll be supported with ongoing training & mentorship from a highly experienced SPM who’s passionate about seeing their team succeed. Systems such as PropertyMe & IRE make your day-to-day seamless, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service.

The details:

• Salary up to $90,000
• Monday to Saturday roster with a day off in lieu
