Your day will be busy and varied managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties with the help of a designated property officer. You will also have additional support from a front desk administrator. Your responsibilities will include:

About the role:

- Tech focused
- Loads of ongoing training and mentoring
- Property Management focused principal
- New state of the art offices
- Portfolio of 150
- Alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu
You will be a positive and motivated individual who constantly looks to challenge yourself in your career path. This agency offers genuine growth opportunities and career progression. The role will require the following from you;
- A minimum 4 years property management experience
- A solid working knowledge of the Act and recent updates
- Current Real Estate License or working towards transitioning from COR
- Car & driver’s license
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Fabulous team culture and collaborative environment
- Lots of training provided
- Monday – Friday role with rotating Saturdays
- Fun & frequent team events and award nights
