We are looking someone to join a fabulous agency to cover for a 9-month maternity leave contract. This role may have the opportunity to extend or go permanent!

The Role:
- Manage 330 properties between you a Senior Property Manager
- Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ingoings and outgoings
- Carry out routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Has at least 2 years portfolio management experience
- Immaculate presentation at all times
- Is customer service focussed with a passion for the Real Estate Industry
- Has an upbeat energy and a be able to work well in a team environment
- Holds a valid NSW Certificate of Registration
- Has a clean driver's licence and own reliable car
- Knowledge of Property Tree highly desirable but not essential
- Work for a company that cares about your career
- Some parking available otherwise option to pay small fee available
- Room to grow into Senior Property Manager
- One month hand over provided
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays if someone is off sick or overloaded)
- Salary package up to $70,000
