Our well known and respected client located in Bondi are constantly recognized for their professionalism, consistent results and minimal staff turnover. This growing office is looking for a well-established Property Manager to join their high achieving team!
The Role:
Working with a hands on Department Head, you will have your own portfolio of 100 perfectly maintained properties with the support of a Property Officer and leasing consultant. Duties include:
- Maintain existing relationships with landlords
- Manage arrears daily, management of bonds
- Attend Tribunal where required
- Arrange repairs and maintenance
- Organise lease reviews and renewals promptly
- Work with leasing consultants to prepare marketing of new rentals
The Candidate:
- At least 2-3 years’ Property management experience
- Current certificate of registration or license
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs local Area
- Fantastic organisational and people skills!
- A thorough knowledge of the Act
- Knowledge of Property Tree
