We are looking for a Property Manager who will come onboard and really compliment this elite team to ensure top results. You will be part of a small team of only 4 with the full support of a leasing consultant, accounts manager and head of property management.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of 200 properties
- Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ingoings and outgoings inspections
- Carry out routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Manage and coordinate repairs & maintenance
- Management of bonds, attend tribunal and process insurance claims
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- No accounts or leasing!!
The Candidate:
- Will have a minimum of 2 years portfolio management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with great work ethic who loves to have fun also!
- Immaculate presentation
- Local area knowledge of the Sutherland Shire is highly desirable
- Has proven experience providing 6-star service to their clients
- Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Manager, REI forms preferred but not essential
- Hold a current certificate of registration and clean driver's license with own reliable car
