Job description

Exciting property manager role in Hornsby working with a great agency and PM team. This is one of the best opportunities on the Upper North Shore! On offer is a great opportunity for a rewarding long-term Property Management career with this leading brand. You will be part of a successful & highly motivated team with an absolute commitment to delivering an outstanding service to their local market.

The Role: 

This Monday – Friday role (with rotating Saturday) calls for a motivated and experienced property manager to manage a portfolio of 150, or a Property Officer ready to step up to a Property Management position will be considered.

Some duties of this role include the following:
  • Manage all landlord communications
  • In/outgoing and routine inspections
  • Prepare for and attend tribunal
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Arrange & send inspection letters
  • Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
  • Arrears management
The Candidate: 
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
  • You are outgoing and efficient 
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills & attention to detail
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Experience managing a residential portfolio
  • Knowledge of Property Me preferred
  • Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the residential tenancies act
  • A genuine passion for Property Management!
