Due to a staff member leaving the industry, a position has opened up for an experienced Property Manager to take over their neat and tidy portfolio of 120 residential properties with the support of a Property Manager. The Role:
- All aspects of Property Management (no accounts)
- Manage all landlord communications
- In/outgoing and routine inspections
- Prepare for and attend tribunal
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrange & send inspection letters
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
- Arrears management
- A good level of personal presentation and a professional manner
- Although there is a BDM already, you will need to possess a growth mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well in a close-knit team
- Experience with Console Cloud desirable but not essential
- A clean driver’s license and a reliable car
- Certificate of Registration or license
- No accounts!
- Only one Saturday per month
- Work from a newly renovated office in Baulkham Hills
- Super close-knit team and Directors who treat you like family
- New business commissions
- Ability to WFH when required
