The BENEFITS:

- Only one rostered Saturday per month with a day off in lieu

- Ability to WFH when required
- Salary package up to $80,000
The ROLE:
- Client management of landlords and tenants
- Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
- Rent reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
- Manage arrears for your portfolio
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears and bond management
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Process insurance claims as required
About YOU:
- At least 2-3 years experience in Residential Property Management
- A team player who brings a great attitude to work!
- Current certificate of registration or licence
- A current drivers licence + reliable car
- Strong knowledge of the ACT
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with PropertyMe highly desirable but not essential
