Property Officer

Resolver is excited to be presenting a fantastic opportunity. Situated in Darlinghurst, this prestigious agency is looking for a Property Officer to join their team. Since establishing themselves back in 2017, the agency’s key focus has been to offer a dynamic approach to the industry, focusing on trust and respect. They are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, precise, innovative and a team player. This role will see you working with some of the best in the business with constant support and development and a clear progression path. The role:

• Organising/preparing Keys 
• Manage a portfolio of 250 alongside a Senior Property Manager
• Preparing lease agreements
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
• Supporting the Property Management team 
• Conducting inspections and holding open homes
• Assessing and processing tenancy agreements
• Back up leasing very occasionally

About you:

• Strong attention to detail and well organised
• Well-groomed and well-spoken
• Previous experience as a Property Officer
• Must be able to use the systems Propertyme, Inspection Manager
• Must have Certificate of Registration
• Must be able to work the occasional Saturday
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
