The role:
- Management of 180 residential properties (no accounts!)
- Ingoing/outgoing/routine inspections
- Handle all repairs and maintence enquiries
- Client liason and relationship building
- Arrears management
- Rental reviews and renewals
The candidate:
- Is an experienced Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
- High level or verbal and written communication
- Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines
- Has a 'can do' attitude!
- Immaculate presentation at all times
