Property Manager

With an intense focus on providing the highest standards of services, this is an incredible opportunity for a Property Manager looking to work for an established Sydney based agency! With a small but growing Queensland portfolio, you will take ownership of a well-managed portfolio of 20 predominantly high-end properties in the Byron, Kingscliff, Lennox Head areas. Recognised for its professionalism, consistent results and minimal staff turnover, this is an agency you absolutely want to be a part of!
 
The Role:

• Advertising properties for rent
• Organising marketing for properties
• Arranging and conducing inspections
• Application processing and reference checking
• Ingoing Reports
• Routine Inspections
• Outgoing reports
• Rental market reviews

Skills and Experience needed:

• 1+ years’ experience in a real estate role
• A sound understanding of the relevant legislation in QLD
• PropertyTree experience or similar
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Must have a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
• NSW Real Estate Licence a bonus (if not, relevant training will be provided)
• Must have valid, unrestricted driver’s licence
• Ability to work autonomously & show initiative
