The role:
- Organising/preparing Keys
- Manage a portfolio of 250 alongside a Senior Property Manager
- Preparing lease agreements
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
- Supporting the Property Management team
- Conducting inspections and holding open homes
- Assessing and processing tenancy agreements
- Work the occasional Saturday with a time in lieu
- Strong attention to detail and well organised
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills
- A genuine interest in property management
- Well-groomed and well-spoken
- Previous experience as a Property Officer
- Must be able to use the systems Propertyme, Inspection Manager
- Must have Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
