Incredible opportunity to be part of a supportive property management team with a leading brand in the Hornsby area. You will have the support of a senior property manager, leasing officer and property officer, and be part of a successful & highly motivated team with an absolute commitment to delivering outstanding service to their local market.

The Role: 

Some duties of this role include -  

• Shared portfolio of 180 managements with support
• Repairs & maintenance 
• Routine inspections
• In-going & outgoing inspections
• Manage Landlord and Tenant communication
• Arrears management
• Assisting with rental arrears
• Mon-Friday only, no accounts and No Saturdays

The Candidate: 

• Real Estate experience a must!
• Will hold a current Certificate of Registration 
• Own reliable vehicle and clean driver’s license
• You are outgoing and efficient 
• You have strong verbal & written communication skills & attention to detail
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills 
• A genuine interest in property management
