The Role:
- Clean shared portfolio of up to 500 managements
- Provide 6 star customer service
- Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Manage and coordinate repairs & maintenance
- A genuine passion for property management
Property Management Experience and Certificate of Registration is a MUST!
- A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Own reliable vehicle
- Sound knowledge of current legislation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Genuine passion for property management
- Work from Home flexibility and hours an option
- Shared portfolio with experiened team
- Salary package up to $110,000 plus commsssions
